General Introduction
Beeswax candles are made by rolling natural beeswax sheets. The wax is secreted by bees when building a hive and is collected and purified after honey is harvested.
Physicochemical Properties
Color: Usually golden yellow, but can also be white or cream
Scent: A natural and subtle scent of honey or flowers.
Melting point: Between 65 and 62°C.
Hardness: Harder and and more rigid than paraffin.
Burn time: Quite slow and long-lasting.
